PWA vs Native Apps
Progressive Web Apps (PWA) are very similar to native apps, and in the near future, they could potentially replace native apps altogether. There are a few reasons why you may wish to install a PWA over its native cousin.
Massive Storage Reduction
Progressive Web Apps are significantly smaller than native apps. A good example is the Starbucks PWA. On iOS, the Starbucks app is 148MB, while their PWA is only 233kb.

Progressive Web Apps are websites, but that doesn't mean they require internet. Once you install an app, it can be used just like a native app. However, like native apps, if a site requires internet to stream or deliver live updates, you will still need internet.
Have you ever tapped on your favorite app, only to be prompted to update before continuing? With a PWA, there is no need to manually update because it is updated as soon as the developers change the site. You also won't have to wait for the developers to get appoval before pushing updates, so issues can be fixed as soon as the problems are solved.
